Digital prints in the Inku Design shop are made to order using a print on demand service. This means the fulfilment (printing) time is separate from shipping time. After fulfilment, your products will be shipped out and you will be provided with a tracking number. Thank you for your patience!

FAQs

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

ROYAL MAIL, UK DELIVERY: Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked. Please note it might take up to 7-10 working days for you to receive your order. All prints are made to order, so it may take a little time for it to arrive on your doorstep. Thank you for your patience.

INTERNATIONAL: Orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your parcel. Shipping charges do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees rest solely with the customer.

For all orders please make sure you provide a secure delivery address as we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED?

The first step is to make sure the address you entered in your order is correct. If it is, contact your local post office. If your package cannot be located with your local post office, please reach out to hello@inkudesign.com 

Items returned to us by the postal service marked as not called for or unclaimed by the receiver will require additional postage costs to be paid before we can resend.

We cannot be held responsible if a parcel has gone missing due to the postal address being filled in incorrectly or missing important information. However, if we notice the address is incomplete, we will contact you before dispatch.

Risk of loss passes to you once the item has been passed to the carrier (Royal Mail).

For any missing items or issue with delivery you have 28 days with which to contact us to discuss. After this point we cannot refund or replace the missing items.

I CHANGED MY MIND, AND WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER?

Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer change-of-mind refunds. This is because each item is made to order. However, if there is something wrong with your order, we would be more than happy to help!

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

Please check the size guides and product information carefully. Since each product is made to order, returns and exchanges are not available. If you're unsure what size fits you best, check the size guides in the product description, then compare it to a piece of apparel you own and love!

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED?

If any item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and keep the item and packaging used. Please photograph the damaged item and email us, we will discuss options: hello@inkudesign.com A replacement will be dispatched after we have either received the damaged item or after advice from the postal service. Please wait for our instructions before returning the item to us.

For faulty items please return the goods to us within 14 days with receipt. We will offer a replacement or refund the cost of the item. In some cases the print you purchased may no longer be available as once an edition is sold out it cannot be reproduced. If this is the case you will be refunded.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

If your package arrives damaged or if you've received a wrong item, please contact hello@inkudesign.com and a refund with be processed asap, unless you choose to receive a replacement.

WILL MY ART PRINT COME WITH A FRAME?

Art prints are sold unframed.
